​🤫 Here is the advice I’m giving my private clients for 2026.
I’ve been seeing a lot of panic recently.
Business owners are terrified they are going to get "phased out" if they don't automate everything.
​I tell them the exact opposite.
​If you automate everything, you look like everyone else. And in 2026, "looking like everyone else" is a death sentence for your sales.
​So, how do we fix this? Here is the exact roadmap I’m building with my clients right now:
​1. We automate the "Boring" Stuff.
We are using AI to clean data, find leads, schedule posts, and handle admin. We are ruthless about efficiency on the back end.
​2. We go "Retro" on the Sales Stuff.
This is the secret sauce. While competitors are trying to use AI to write sales emails, I’m telling my clients to do the things that feel "outdated."
✅ Direct Mail.
✅ Phone Calls.
✅ In-person events.
​Why? Because when everyone goes digital, the "Physical" becomes premium.
When everyone uses ChatGPT, a real conversation becomes a luxury product.
​My prediction for you:
The businesses that scale next year will be Cyborgs.
🤖 Robot efficiency on the inside.
❤️ Human empathy on the outside.
​Don't get left behind trying to be a robot. Use the robots to be a better human.
