A shot in the dark
like the Ozzy track of the same name, this community space idea is a genuine attempt at facilitating connections within the often isolated or private and unspoken musical world we all are utterly addicted to.
This has never been a space for the fickle or fashion driven. Once you become hooked it’s a full on commitment and never the life soundtrack that leaves the daily consciousness as is mostly the fate of other, lesser musical tastes light on the need for depth of engagement. Fans of general pop music or dance and even Hip Hop, would not show such united and universal love and respect with the passing of an iconic artist in those spheres, as witnessed powerfully with the way the rock and metal world showed for the life of Ozzy this past summer. A perfect reason to bring this community to life for the mass ranks of under represented rockers and metal fans of all ages to connect and openly share with others of like minded, bringing this world we crank up to ten closer together and alive to grow.
So, having no experience with this platform and a huge learning curve ahead, I’m taking a punt to see if others feel similar convictions. I’ll keep the faith, and hope some out there have a taste for adventure at least. Membership is priced low and deliberately to seem fair and affordable for a space I see as a recreational one to come to anytime the real world of constant dreary struggles needs a reset for balance and to remind us about the joy of our soundscape to life we never get weary of. Start your engines, time to get loud and proud together.
