I guess you've noticed the first video I've had initially about "Mini Habits". I'm still and remain a big "promoter" of Mini Habits or as I like to call it "Micro if not even Nano Habits". Though, having habits as the only main theme didn't feel right. In the sense that something, somehow is missing..
It would be insightful to know what you're take is, on the youtube shorts I've now chosen (for now) since it covers the overarching theme of "SOS - I D'ONT Need Help" much more, from a holistic point of view. Any thoughts?
