New Strategy
I am in the middle of reading Robin Sharma's book "The 5AM Club". I learned about many things so far, but the most that resonated with me the most is how rising one hour earlier than anyone else in my home allows me to have time to change thought patterns and behaviors. My primary goal for 2025 is to be purposeful in my fervent attempt to improve my wellness in all areas. I began this journey in 2024.
