Knowledge without Application is just Knowledge
Happy Thursday everyone!
Just wanted to give you some advice from attending 100's of events, masterminds, and being a part of various coaching groups
The knowledge received without application is just knowledge
My mentor told me this when I first started with him and I was very lucky to find people that believed in me before I believed in myself.
There is going to be so much knowledge received in this group but without APPLICATION it truly means nothing
This is how I operate the best
Anything that I learn I write everything down on paper
Writing produces a 90% retention rate in your brain compared to typing, texting, or putting it in your notes.
Take 3 things that you learned let's say from yesterday's call and implement them this week.
It can be small or it can be big whichever it is application is key
