Dr. Chatfield has spent more than a decade and a half helping individuals overcome anxiety, depression, chronic stress, performance blocks, and psychological rigidity. His clinical work is grounded in evidence-based practice, but his approach is distinctly practical—focused on what actually helps people change how they think, regulate emotion, and take action when life is difficult.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Chatfield is a professor who teaches Biological Bases of Behavior, helping students understand how brain systems, neurochemistry, physiology, and behavior interact.
