Step by Step I've been adding some resources to this Skool Community, and I will continue to do so.
Tough Conversations - A Pathway For Preparation
- This is a great tool for exploring how to properly prepare yourself for a tough conversation
- What will you get? An understanding of what you want, what they want, what you're scared of, and what might derail the conversation. The best part is how to open the conversation in a way so everyone feels empowered and safe to proceed!!
- This is currently a paid resource and I am opening it up to 10 men who would like to use it in exchange for actively engaging with it here in this group, providing feedback on it so I can improve it, and also providing a testimonial on it's value.
