Clearer Thinking from Writing
Sometimes I don’t know what I’m thinking
Until I write it out!
Sometimes I don’t even know how I feel
Until the words are on the page.
Writing is processing (for me).
It’s how fog becomes form.
When thoughts stay in my head, they blur together. They feel heavy. Undefined.
But the moment I start writing, something shifts.
The emotion gets a name.
The idea finds its edges.
When you move a thought from your mind to paper, you create space to actually see it. Step back and look at it.
I write my way into action and answers.
All the junk in my brain gets sorted out. Filed. Externalized. Unloaded. Processed.
It's super relieving.
If you have an idea that feels heavy, confusing, or unclear.... externalize it. Write it out.
