Hello, I work in the Twin Cities market in Minnesota. I have a client that wants to flip a house and if he gets the right price from the seller he wants to go forward. He needs money to help him finance the deal and he will do the flip. I would like to participate at some level and make money off of it.
- I am his realtor and I would put the final paperwork together.
- How would you position that I could find the hard money in order to help them put the deal together financially?
- Does anyone have a talk track to introduce that I can help them with the financing?
- How have any of you set up your deals in this type of situation?
- Would a lawyer need to be involved?
