Your first 90mins of the day - Acclimatise
Why is it important for men to organise their first 90 mins of the day? - Your first 90 minutes after waking up will determine the level of focus you have each day. If the first thing you do when you wake up is check your phone and distract yourself with a Dopamine Spike, while your body and mind are in an ultra-absorbing state then you are setting yourself up for a day chasing dopamine hits. Do not check your phone first thing in the morning - Do not sabotage your focus.
Pain is focus. The pain of exercise puts you in pure focus. The stress of not making ourselves proud puts us in pure focus. Put yourself through pain/focus first thing when you wake up. "Pain" does not imply "Self-harm" - Put yourself into a state where you must do something metaphorically painful - {i.e Cold-Shower/Plunge 30seconds - Push-ups until failure - Fire Breaths (Deep breathing 30 Seconds)}
