Come and join us every month in a supportive and nurturing space for deeper personal exploration through the ancient rhythm of the shamanic drum. Allow yourself to step away from the noise of everyday life, journey inward and explore the wisdom, insights and experiences that may arise from within.
Together, we create a circle where we can support, listen and hold space for one another as we explore our inner landscapes. Journeying may offer opportunities for reflection, greater self-awareness, emotional release, grounding and connection, while supporting us in discovering our own inner wisdom and pathways towards healing.
🌙 Bring an open heart, a curious mind. There is nothing you need to achieve and no prior experience is required — simply allow the drum to guide you and trust your own experience. 🥁🌿
In addition we have a regular informal session called ‘Community Cuppa’. No agenda just a coffee break and a chat ☕️
