Nurses are givers by nature — but sometimes giving yourself peace means saying no without apologizing for it.
Your task for today:
💛 Identify ONE thing you’re not available for anymore — mentally, emotionally, or physically.
💛 Say “no” (or “not today”) with confidence, clarity, and zero guilt.
💛 Honor the boundaries your future self will thank you for.
Examples:
“No, I can’t pick up that extra shift today.”
“No, I’m not taking on anything new right now.”
“No, I won’t explain myself twice.”
“No, I need rest.”
