What I do know is that meditation, changed my life for the better and continues to do so.
Even I had questions in the beginning. What changes? Why do it and how do I get started?
Meditation, mindfulness, awareness... These words can seem pretentious to some. I'm looking to demystify the practice for beginners and allow you to experience the magic and growth that comes with it.
