1. Self-Acknowledgement This is about noticing and naming your experience honestly — what has happened, how it has impacted you, and how it shows up in your life now No, fixing. No judgement. Just clarity.
2. Self-Validation is about honoring your experience without minimizing or shaming yourself it’s learning to sit with what’s true, while still holding responsibility for your actions and choices.
3. Self-Movement is where intention meets action. This stage supports small, aligned decisions that move you forward — grounded in awareness, not pressure.
You can start wherever feels right. There is no “falling behind” in this space.
