HIRING: Creative and high-energy video editor for Social Media Short-Form content

We are a supplement start-up brand focused on adaptogens and functional mushrooms. We are looking for a creative, reliable, and high-energy video editor to help us bring our content to life through short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. A bit more insights on our general project plan: You’ll receive:

• Raw footage (product shots, ingredient clips like Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi, etc.) • A voice-over or short script

• A reference style from our sister brand (without copying) Your task: • Create scroll-stopping reels with strong hooks

• Add sound effects, captions, transitions, find and add fitting stock B-roll where needed (e.g. brain visuals, neuron effects, cortisol scenes, nature vibes)

• Ensure aesthetic, stylish, smart edits that fit the supplement/wellness x science niche We want someone who:

• Understands virality, hooks & storytelling • Has experience editing high-conversion Reels/TikToks • Is ready to grow with us long-term (10–20 videos/month possible)

• Can provide high-quality, fast delivery (we are adding two reference videos which indicate the style of editing we are seeking)

• Speaks English, ideally German / Spanish
