Shooting Variability
I posted this on Instagram the other day and thought I’d share it here as well. The buzz amongst trainers and coaches is now constraint learning, differential learning, etc (even though it’s been around for decades). To me, shooting should always have variability in it and 2 easy ways to do that is to vary the location, pace, seams of the pass and also vary the shooters stance (split, skinny,wide)
