URL in Cyrillic letters (target language), changed permalinks settings after already posted a certain number of posts

Hi guys, how are you doing? I would appreciate your opinion on the url-s topic, is it better to create the links in the target language, in my case I would use the Cyrillic alphabet, is this recommended? Also, when I started taking this course and I reached the permalinks structure in the settings part in the beginning, I learned that it's better to set one without a date, so I changed it, (but I had already prepared around 30 posts) the thing is that people (who had been interviewed on my blog) had already shared these posts on their profiles and now when someone clicks on the, a message comes up ,,the page can not be found '' this is probably because I changed the permalinks setting and I didn't think that it would affect previously published posts, is there any way to fix this? Thank you
