Notif: Unable to Approve Your DreamHost Account

holla, anyone had similar issue?

I just checkout and finished the package payment, but it then were voided with notification that my account is not approved as shown in the attachment.

I did, send a ticket to the dreamhost service center, but I wonder if anyone ever had this issue before and how to deal with it?
