Need help with Testimonial display

Hello I have an issue with the display of my testimonials. I created a whole page in elementor that looks beautiful but then when I view the website, while being logged out and I view it as my clients would view it, it looks terrible. There is no structure and just text. I try resolving with wordpress but they were not so helpful until now. If anyone has any idea I would be beyond greateful. There are screenshots attached.
