Money paid in for my website hosting/domain to WordPress is said to be insufficient

It a with honor band must respectful writing to you Sir .

I have had a situation, whereby each time l convent the required cost of the WordPress hosting and domain names on .COM, then l Load my Prepaid Card, enter alk info correctly paid , there is often a issue, eiyhrt tjst thr funfs are insufficient.

I would like you Sir, with due respect, to prop into these my case ,which has happened this is the second time.

Sir, you will agree with me this is the problem that has delayed me from startinh off with my project of studies. It is a worry some problems.

I yesterday 28th February,2024 ,paid the sum of 27,600 francs CFA, after calculating the rate of exchange , with the bank charges as was given to me by the Union Bank of Africa(UBA).

I then loaded my Prepaid Card, entered the prepaid info , sent to WORDPRESS to pay my registration for these website host and domain name for one year it is "annually payment".

I have just received these info l will forward to you that my funds were not sufficient, mean while l sent exact the sufficient funds that was requested by WordPress.

Thank you Sir for your prompt action to investigate these my critical problems, that had give me a delay to start my course.

NB: Attach are copies of the responses l got after l send the money on my prepaid card several times.

Sir,help me out of this issues to let me started my project.
