I am looking for growth operators

I have started a YouTube about 3-4 weeks ago and got 500 subs, I’m also getting 1,000 views consistently! It’s growing a lot every single day and after networking with a lot of people I’m finding out that people with less subscribers and views are monetising their audiences, I would love for a growth operator who works on a revenue split to help me find a product that my audience would like, help me sell to them and help me improve my content.
