Where can I follow a good English course? I am from Suriname, Dutch is my prime language. I can speak it fluently, but not at an academic level. So I would like to follow a course when I can learn fluent English. I would like to take an English study in the future. Academical level, traditional education. This course is good, but I want to develop myself further.

EDIT: When I post something in the community, I have a Grammarly plugin to correct my grammatical mistakes, but when talking to people I frequently make mistakes. Don't want people to think that I'm dumb or something else.
