Good Day Colleagues!!

I would like to pay for hosting account and domain package, besides that I am enlightened that the package comes with WordPress installation. However, I am concerned about the Laptop Computer I am currently using which belongs to the institution I work for and has many restrictions. From my end, I can only install desktop applications.

My question being, will the WordPress get installed on this computer.?

My second submission is, having looked at some certificates of completion on this platform, I am worried as to why there are no Blockchain IDs, could there be a specific reason.?
