Clarification Needed About Deleting BlueHost Plugin

I am currently studying Module 2 and recently watched the tutorial advising the deletion of all plugins from WordPress. However, I noticed the BlueHost Plugin is installed. Could you clarify if this plugin should also be removed, or if it is essential for hosting-related functionalities?
