Newbie here!
Good morning,
Thank you for letting me join. I am happy to be here.
I have only recently started to get into essential oils. I am a total beginner. My husband bought me a diffuser and a box of EO and I have been choosing a different one each night. It never even occured to me that you could blend them!!! I am that new to it!
I got a couple of books from the library and I was stunned at how much more there is to EO. I thought it was just "pretty smells" but they can be used for cosmetics, cleaning, medicinally....I had no idea.
There are lots of groups on Skool about aromatherapy but I chose this one as it looks like it might be British led rather than American. No offence to my American friends, I have two Skools on here that are American groups and I love them but I can never join in lives due to the time difference and when they recommend things to purchase I can never find a UK equivalent. I'm hoping that won't be an issue here.
Please bear with me as I ask really stupid questions while I am learning. I only just figured out what EO stands for!
