Welcome to Matt’s Mutts Dog Training!
I didn’t grow up with dogs, but I’ve always loved them. In 2022, we brought home our spaniel puppy, Fraiser, and like most puppy owners, we thought we had it all figured out. As he grew up, he started showing fear-based reactivity towards other dogs, barking and lunging on walks. He was anxious, stressed, and unpredictable.
We worked with a trainer, and with his help, A LOT of patience, consistency, and clear boundaries, Fraiser became calm and confident. He started looking to me for guidance, and I discovered a real passion for helping dogs and their owners see positive changes in everyday situations.
It is my mission to give you and your dog the tools and confidence you need to overcome the challenges and enjoy the life you dreamt of with your dog.
