Hey everyone
Last night in our coaching call I actually broke a chain of destructive thoughts and patterns but this has left my in a physical state of pain! Within a hour of the call my gums had all swollen feels like they are going to explode and the pain is unbearable I know this is a hugh shift for me so I'm trying to flow but I need some support with healing and prayers and some love please 🙏much love to you all 💚💫🧚♀️
