What to avoid if I want to hit my summer goals
A health and fitness influencer posted these and had me so weak 🤣🤣🤣
🍷 Alcohol – don’t piss me off. Liquid calories and your body can’t burn calories while trying to eliminate alcohol.
🐖 Pork – don’t irritate me, that’s really the worst protein. You know a pig actually has lower body fat than you do. FYI. GOOGLE IT.
🍟 Fried food – cause that’s how you got here. Let’s leave ’em alone, you had enough.
🥤 Pop / soda / soft drink – liquid calories. Drink zero drinks if you must.
🍱 Processed food – if I have to explain this… just unfollow me then #violence
