• Did you hit your workouts
• Did you stay aligned with your nutrition
• Did you keep your word to yourself
Because the scale is just feedback… your habits are the real result.
Some of you are going to see movement.
Some of you won’t.
But either way, this tells you exactly where you stand.
We don’t avoid the data… we use it.
