Hi everyone! I thought I previously introduced myself, but I guess not!!! So, here goes! I'm the mom of 2 grown-ups (34 & 18), and the grandmother of 1 (10). Fitness has always played a big role in my life, but over the years, I realize how important it is to make wellness/fitness a lifestyle. I just turned 53, but my active routine truly keeps my body in motion, so I always feel like a kid! As long as God gives me breath, I plan on staying that way🥳
• I'm currently being intentional about working out at least 4-5 days a week, eating the right amount of protein to assist with my gains (always working on gaining weight)
• I get up at 5am, am at the gym by 6am. After I work my 9-5, I devote at least 1-2 hours to my side hustles.
• I could be a bit more consistent with my food prep (for maximum gains).
