Hi good evening,

I have a list of HVAC websites i scraped from google maps - used outscraper - so i have their info like emails/phone nums/insta handles etc.

My question is, since i have their insta handles, can i target them specifically thru ads?

if not, whats the best use for this except cold dms. How can i use this in my campaigns?

I asked chatgpt it told me to create lookalike audiences in meta. But the thing is since its scraped from their websites, the emails are generic and are not personal emails of the owners..

Also i got to know that cold emails are not good since most HVAC owners rarely check their emails.

So whats the best way to approach them?
