You Will NEVER HAVE ENOUGH Information.... So What To Do... Read on...
Got this email from Alex Hormozi today... and Boy Did it Hit the NAIL on the head... at least for me that is Advocating for the "Speed MasterMind" ... here is what he wrote which relates directly to the Subject line:
Words I like: By the time you have all the information to make an informed decision, the opportunity will be gone.
Mozi Minute: Speed of Decisions
The speed of your decision making is the speed of your business.
Most entrepreneurs think they need complete information before deciding.
Wrong!!!!!
You need enough information to move forward, and most times that's way less than you think.
Here's the reality:
You will always have incomplete information.
The market won't wait for you to gather more data.
Competitors won't pause while you deliberate.
Opportunities don't extend their deadlines because you're "being thorough."
So Mozi is CLEARLY driving the point home... which is: MOVE WITH WHAT YOU have and then Execute, Execute, EXECUTE.
I actually could not agree any MORE... as I am at fault for it myself... And some of you that have subscribed to my YouTube Channel will have seen me talking about "walking into a tunnel" many times..
And the story goes like this: imagine yourself walking into a tunnel and at the beginning you're standing at the entrance of the tunnel, right? And you're looking in..... However, the tunnel curves so you cannot see through the tunnel.
So what's this story all about?
Well, when you walk into the tunnel or about to walk into the tunnel, you don't know what's around the bend inside the tunnel. There may be a door to the left, a door to the right, that you cannot see when you're outside the tunnel or about to walk in.
So you need to take the first step... with the information you Currently Have....
.... You need to take action on what you have and then you course correct as you go along. That's the whole point about the tunnel story.
....And that's the whole point about speed and making small adjustments and decisions all along, going with the information that you Currently HAVE and then course correcting as you go along.
Comment below with any insights or suggestions you might have and let's get the conversation started.
