Every Month You Wait Is a Month You Pay For It....
Let me ask you something.
What did the last bad business decision cost you?
Not the big dramatic ones. I mean the quiet ones.
The ones where you went back and forth for three weeks, made the call alone, and found out six months later it was wrong.
The partnership that did not work out.
The hire you knew felt off but you talked yourself into.
The price you set too low because you were not sure and nobody around you knew either.
What did that cost you?
I am going to guess it was not nothing.
Here is what nobody talks about when they talk about masterminds.
Everyone focuses on the upside.
The connections, the accountability, the momentum.
And all of that is real.
But the real story is what it costs you to NOT have one.
Every month you are running your business without a small, trusted circle around you is a month you are making decisions in the dark.
You are paying for that.
You just cannot see the invoice.
You are paying in time. B
ecause you are thinking through problems alone that someone else has already solved.
You are paying in money.
Because the mistakes that come from isolation are expensive, and they are quiet, and they compound.
You are paying in energy.
Because carrying everything in your head, with nobody who really gets it to talk it through with, is exhausting in a way that sleep does not fix.
I have watched people sit on the fence about starting a mastermind for months.
A year sometimes.
And almost every single one of them, when they finally do it, says the same thing.
I wish I had done this two years ago.
Not six months ago. Two years ago.
That is not me selling you anything.
That is just what people say when they finally stop waiting.
So I want you to do something right now.
Think about one decision you are sitting on today.
Something in your business that you have been circling for a week or a month or longer.
Something you do not have a clear answer on.
Now ask yourself:
if I had two or three sharp, experienced people in my corner who I could run this by openly, would I still be sitting on it?
Probably not.
That is the mastermind.
That is what it actually does.
Not in theory.
Not eventually.
Right now, in the decisions you are already facing this week!!!
The good news is it costs you nothing to start one.
A phone call.
A coffee.
One honest conversation with someone you respect.
The bad news is every month you wait, you keep paying the invisible price.
And that price does not care whether you were busy, or not ready, or still figuring out the right people.
....It just keeps adding up.
Stop letting it.
