Noobie requesting some better ears and feedback please :)

Good afternoon all,

It has been a while since I've posted on here, I found life running away from me a little, and sadly "hobbies" like Music Production have taken a bit of a back seat. I've also been the typical hobbiest in that it takes me 2 years to finish a song which I'm trying to change.

I've put this together in a personal 3 week challenge (maybe still too long, but good for me). And this is what I came out with. The lyrics don't really flow so well, but I was trying to ensure the timeframe but more importantly the production as well as getting the mix / master right. Also.....I'm singing which is never a great thing, but if I can get me to sound half decent, I should be alright when it comes to getting good singers in!

I would really love some feedback regarding production and mixing! Please be gentle :)
