Hello everyone! Lovely to meet you all by reading your intros
- Who are you, who do you help and how?
I'm Mihai, will be 43 years old in August, am a father of two - my daughter is 15 and my son is 9 and I am married with my high-school sweetheart - growing and discovering ourselves together for 25+ years.
For most of my professional life I've worked in online projects - big and small - and I always was involved somehow with creating and nurturing communities.
7 years ago I was happy to start finding many answers to my burning questions with the help of psychedelics. After attending a conference, I met a shamanic practitioner from California, a guy with two decades of experience that I knew was going to be my guide in my first Ayahuasca ceremony. I ended up organising retreats with him in Romania for almost 4 years and we were nurturing a tribe of beautiful people.
It all ended abruptly when I got arrested in 2019. I spent 81 days in jail, in a full on emotional rollercoaster and ceremony of rediscovering myself. Fortunately, the trial ended 6 months later with a probation sentence, so I did not have to do more jail time, 81 days was more than enough to understand how I was taking for granted simple things like freedom to walk in nature, hugging my kids or looking into the eyes of my partner.
Since then I started rewriting the story of my professional/personal life.
I created a community in Romania - called SUUNA - where we host workshops and other courses, mostly for women. I was the community manager for PAUA - a global community of conscious entrepreneurs, we even organized two conferences in Paris - unfortunately, the project is on a break.
Now I act as a producer and community builder for some amazing wisdom economy teachers - I help them with their online systems, newsletters, courses, I help increase their audience, generate revenue and get a cut of that.
- Why are you here?
I've always resonated with Nic's content and the challenge intrigued me.
I am here both to learn new things that I can apply to my clients and both to understand how/if I can also start creating content and an audience for myself. I used to use mihai.love as a professional identity but in a burst of creativity I created respira.cafe and I am not sure how to mix the two or which one to keep.

Picture from right now - we just moved to a new house and this is my 2nd day working from this balcony. I still have lots of boxes to unpack and clean up the place but cleaning up and throwing away a bunch of stuff for the move feels liberating, feels like I am making room for new projects and new people in my life. After spending 5 years pretty isolated in the city outskirts, in the house where I got arrested, now it's time for a new chapter, in a new house, more in the city.
I am torn that I cannot participate in the live session tonight as I have just been invited to a local men's circle and crave human interaction tonight. I will catch up.
