Wake Up – Day 9
🧘 Mindful Reflections + Recovery Tools
Sometimes healing looks like doing nothing when you used to destroy yourself. Not texting back. Not taking the drink. Not proving your worth. Silence is an act of resistance. Stillness is a choice. You are not lazy. You are learning how not to self-sabotage. Today, give yourself permission to not engage. Let quiet be your recovery today.
🛠 Recovery Tool: The Stillness Pledge
Choose one thing you usually do out of compulsion (scrolling, apologizing, overworking, checking in). For one hour, practice sacred non-response. Write what you notice: discomfort, relief, fear, power.

🫂 Real Community Vibes
You don’t owe us a brave face. You don’t owe us progress pics. You can sit here with a messy past, a tender heart, and a shaking hand. And still you’re loved. This is your circle. We don’t count days. We count courage.
