Have you ever heard the story about the twins who grew up with an alcoholic dad?
When they were adults, one became a successful entrepreneur, the other became an alcoholic like his father.
When people asked them both, “Why are you like this?”
They gave the same answer:
“With a dad like mine, how could I be any different?”
Same past.
Different choice.
You can’t choose what happened to you,
but you are choosing what you do with it.
