I would like to start by thanking you for entertaining my dream of developing a community that provides knowledge and support for men. We are going to destroy the "Nobody cares because you're a guy" stigma.
We now have 5 members, which I am super stoked about, so now is the perfect time to establish personal relationships within the group.
Even though I am currently the common denominator of the community, I'm going to introduce myself. I encourage every member to take the time to tell us who you are.
I'm Tyler,
I grew up in rural Arkansas. I am an avid outdoorsman. I started my career in law enforcement in 2006 and had a short stint in the Marine Corps from 2008-2010 before I was medically separated. I have been some type of coach or instructor since 1999. I have always had a natural aptitude for teaching and have honed this craft for over 25 years. I am currently employed in executive protection for an elected official and have several side companies that predominately consist of exterior house cleaning services and construction projects. My goals are to provide education and instruction for knowledge I feel all men should know. As the group grows I will post content on DIY home and vehicle projects, firearms instruction, home defense tactics, outdoor projects, faith and family communication, nutrition and fitness plans and challenges. And with the help of the community, we will have a base of knowledge for everyone to consult others. I intend for this group to challenge everyone to do hard things and spark growth within ourselves. We will have regular challenges of differing lengths to expose us to ourselves and develop mental toughness. I look forward to becoming better men with you.
Once again, Thank you everyone for supporting me through the beginning of this journey and please stay active and invite your friends into the community so we can continue to grow.
