Fairy house in progress
Today we got the basic structure of the house itself built (still have to wrap bark around the outside and create a roof. It will be two stories, with either a ladder or spiral staircase). I also learned how to use a band saw to make lots of books for the bookcase. They will be sanded and painted, but the blocks are cut. Three more weeks till the contest. 🤞🏼 I now understand what you meant about scale - the contest requires the house to be at least 12”x12”, and max 36”x36”. That’s huge in fairy terms! 😂
