We’re partnering with a well-established, values-driven secondary school in South Dublin to recruit a dynamic and people-focused Admissions, Marketing & Outreach Lead.

💼 Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 (DOE)

📍 Location: South Dublin

📄 Type: Full-time, permanent (flexibility available for the right candidate)

You’ll take ownership of the full admissions journey while also leading marketing, outreach, and engagement initiatives. From welcoming prospective families to coordinating open evenings and managing digital communications, you’ll be central to how the school connects with its community.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Enrolment

Manage enquiries through to enrolment, ensuring a warm and professional experience for all families.

Marketing & Communications

Oversee website content, social media, and promotional materials that reflect the school’s ethos.

Events & Outreach

Organise open days, school visits, and community engagement initiatives.

International Students

Support placement and integration, liaising with agencies and host families.

Data & Reporting

Maintain accurate admissions data and support enrolment planning and growth strategy.

💡 What We’re Looking For

Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Experience in administration, marketing, or a similar role

Confident communicator with creative and digital content skills

Proactive mindset and genuine interest in education and community building

🌍 Desirable Experience

Experience in the education or school sector

Event coordination or outreach roles

Digital marketing and social media management

Experience with international students or exchange programmes
