What started as pure frustration sitting in Thailand’s Land of Smiles, waiting on banks to move at glacial pace, has now turned into something much bigger – MarketingHub Projects.
I’ve spent decades in the trenches of commercial real estate, finance, and development projects, helping structure deals, raise capital, and build outcomes that move the needle. But one thing kept standing in the way: banks and their red tape.
So, we’re building a smarter way forward:
