Technical Difficulties AI Voice Build
Hey guys, I am having a hell of a time with so many bugs in GHL. I tried to do a simple AI Voice for my main number and added the pronunciation for my company and the AI's name. Well, now it completely distorts the names AND it is not letting me remove them. I remove them and save and when I open it back up its still there even after refresh, removing cache and shutting down my computer. But the support team it doesnt show on their side. BUT when I try it it messes up the names when before I added it, it was way better. I am so aggravated right now. My voice AI demo has been in tier 4 support with devs for 3 weeks now too. If this is what its going to be like when building AI for people Im in big trouble. Has anyone encountered this?
