Question for a $4k setup + $499/m close in a couple hours
Hey guys. Almost over the line with a course seller who runs $6k a month in ad spend to webinars. Helping him with conversions through his funnel with sms and voice.
He pushed back at me last night on monthly price and how much usage he can get in there. I said unlimited. And he said naw I’ll import 20k contacts to SMS and call with AI etc. So he’s expecting some variable cost with usage and scale.
How can l structure this to protect myself and look legit with a model that scales?
