For anyone with clients on Verizon for Voice AI
If you have a client who wants to have voice AI answer their phone when they don't, there are a couple of things you need to do. You need to do star seven one and the voice AI phone number, and you need to make sure that visual voicemail is turned off. If you do *773, then it goes right to voice AI, and your client can't answer. Hope this saves you guys some time because it was driving me up the wall.
