AI Agent "Ivanna" gets 2 Thumbs Up for Spanish Speaking
I have been wanting to test an agent for Spanish support and Demo on Demand. I am in So. Cal. and at minimum the agent needs to be able to speak English and Spanish.
I noticed that not all agents are approved to speak in all languages and the one I was using "Eryn" does not speak Spanish. NOTE: The agent might still try to speak that language but is not trained to do so.
I picked "Ivanna" and then shared with a native Spanish speaker. Their jaw dropped they went through a full demo and booked the appointment. All in Spanish with no additional training to the bot.
