Samcart Woes
Has anyone here had this weird issue with Samcart? (And a crappy experience with support...)
For the past ~6 weeks, we’ve had an intermittent issue where some credit card payments fail with the error “Your card cannot be processed.”
It doesn’t happen on every transaction, and we can’t find any pattern or correlation between the cards that fail vs. those that go through.
In other words, it's very hard to reproduce and troubleshoot. But it definitely keeps happening.
We’ve confirmed with our payment processor (including log reviews) that this is not a processor issue, it’s on SamCart’s side.
Despite this, SamCart support has repeatedly dismissed the issue and redirected us back to the processor. We’ve been stuck in this loop for over a month.
The kicker: there’s no phone support unless you’re on an Enterprise plan, so the only apparent way to get meaningful help is to upgrade...
So right now, our options seem to be:
• Upgrade to Enterprise just to access real support
• Or leave SamCart entirely
Before making that call, I wanted to ask...
Has anyone dealt with this credit card issue on Samcart before?
How has your experience with Samcart’s customer service been?
If you left SamCart, where did you go?
(I know there are a lot of solutions out there!)
