Is buying backlinks worth it for ranking a Google business profile?

I think almost every time when I checked which backlinks does a plumbing website that's ranking a Google business profile in the top 3 have using Ahrefs backlink checker I saw this as one of the links https://www.fiverr.com/humayon29/increase-da-70-moz-da-70-plus and is it better if I buy a link from a specific city that we are trying to rank for that our Google business profile is in and how does it compare to other factors for ranking a Google business profile like internal linking and a lot of things that you can do on the website?
