Unknown Contacts
Hey Gabriel/team,
Anyone ever experienced this and know how to fix it? I've been in contact with ManyChat for days now but it's still not solved = all these unknown contacts. We cannot send any messages either (they fail to sent) and our automations doesn't work either. Basically: nothing on our MC account works, haha.
All the settings in FB/IG/ManyChat seem to be good to go and all-set (I've been over them many times with the ManyChat support).
