You don't actually need to know your life's grand purpose. You just need to know what makes you feel good. Big difference.
We've been taught to trust logic. Lists. A plan that's all mapped out, sensible, in order. And don't get me wrong, that stuff has its place. But somewhere along the way, we started planning our whole lives without ever asking ourselves whether we were actually leaving room for joy.
We've lived in our heads for so long that we've lost touch with the other part of us — the part that just feels. We've stopped trusting it.
So here's a fun little experiment. Start noticing how things make you feel — the people, the random thoughts, the places that light you up, the songs you can't skip, the food, the outfit, even the daydream of your goals already done and dusted. Then just... follow that feeling around for a bit. See where it takes you.
Now imagine your brain just clocks out for the day. Gone. On holiday. No logic, no "well last time this happened," no fear of looking ridiculous or letting anyone down. Just vibes. Just feelings, making every single decision.
How different would your life look from that perspective? 🤔
