✨ NEW PRACTICE: 10 Minute Robotic Affirmations Challenge ✨
I just uploaded a new guided session where we practice robotic affirming for 10 minutes together with a timer.
Robotic affirmations are powerful because they don’t require visualization or forcing emotions. You simply repeat one statement until your subconscious begins to accept it as truth.
Your only job is to pick ONE affirmation and repeat it continuously during the session.
Examples:
• Everything in my life is working out for me.
• Every day, in every way, I'm getting better and better.
• My person loves me.
• I am a millionaire.
🔁 Challenge: Do the 10-minute session once a day for 28 days (or more if you really want rapid change) and notice what begins to shift in your thoughts, mood, and life.
If you're joining the challenge, comment below with:
• your affirmation, or
• simply say “Day 1 complete.”
Consistency is where the real reprogramming happens.
